Our Experience

Jane Graydon is an experienced Executive Coach with over three decades of coaching, leadership development and real-life, in-the-trenches business experience.

Prior to establishing her own leadership coaching practice based downtown Toronto, Jane held executive positions in healthcare and global telecommunications. Roles included VP Human Resources, Senior Vice President Client Services, Chief Privacy Officer, Senior Change Manager and Director of Leadership Strategy. Jane also taught Leadership at Simon Fraser University and Organization Behaviour at George Brown College at Masters, Undergraduate and Diploma levels. After receiving an MBA in Human Resources and a BComm from McMaster University, she studied International Business in Japan and later Coaching at Adler. She  holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. She is currently President of International Coach Federation Toronto Chapter.
